Private pool, Sleeps 22, 3 min walk to beach
​Awesome is the only way to describe 'Sea Zen', this new home located next to Rosemary Beach and only 150 yards to beach. After a day at the beach relax in your own 18 x 36 heated pool surrounded by tropical landscaping. Let the kids swim while you grill dinner beside the private pool.
Everyone can spread out in the six large bedrooms, five baths, plus a den with a sleeper sofa, where the kids can hang out in their own space. There are flat screen TV's in all bedrooms and living room, the gourmet kitchen features a Kitchen Aide professional range with plenty of counter space.
Downstairs, there are 3 king bedrooms. Upstairs there is one king bedroom and one
bedroom with a queen bed. Our bunk room has four bunk beds sleeping 8-12 people and a sleeper sofa, there is also a queen sleeper sofa in the first floor children's media room.
There are 2 wooden high chairs, 2 Pack N Plays and a crib in storage in the garage(if needed).
Everyone can enjoy a meal together with a large 10 foot dining table seating 12, plus a large breakfast bar for 6. You will enjoy the open floor plan upstairs, with 2 open living rooms, kitchen, and dining room offering expansive gulf views.
