Scott's highly personalized style classes are going to inspire and wow you. His teaching is the result of his own talent as well as of his intense traning in the " Yoga Shanti" Method under NYC world-renowned teachers Rodney and Colleen Yee.

If you are looking for a yoga studio in the Destin area, this is it. My family moves a lot so when we got here I tried all of the studios in the area and none come close to Prana Mudra. The instructors are very knowledgeable and helpful in ensuring you have a great practice each time, help with alternative poses if you are tight/ injured and guide you through more challenging poses as you advance. Plus the bonus that the atmosphere in the studio is much more open and inviting than I have ever experienced. The folks who take the classes encourage each other and support each other during class. Truly great classes and I look forward to going each time!
