Be as "Happy Go Lucky" as you please, in this spectacular, family-friendly coastal home that will serve as the idyllic beach retreat! This home has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and sleeps up to 19 guests.
Entering the home, you will be greeted by a bright and open living and dining area. The living space features a large flat screen TV and high-end furnishings. The dining area will be able to accommodate up to 14 of your family members and friends. Adjacent to this area is a beautiful gourmet kitchen with all the necessities you would find at home. You have direct access to a spacious back patio and 12x30 ft. pool, LED lights perfect for a night swim under the stars and an oversized “wet deck”. This shallow entry area is less than one foot deep and perfect to lounge or let the little one’s splash and play. The pool deck also has direct access to a restroom for easy access from outside. The patio stretches the entire width of the home, giving you ample space for gatherings and barbecues. This will be a great place to relax in the evenings after enjoying a day on our famous snow-white beaches. Completing this level is a Queen Suite with a private bathroom.
On the second floor, you will find two King Suites with private baths. One king suite even has a bonus room attached, perfect for small kids with a set of twin/twin bunks. All the bedrooms include flat screen TV’s and top of the line bedding. Get the most out of your sleep after a long day in the Florida sun!
The third floor is all about kids (not excluding your inner child)! The media room includes a 50” TV, DVD, and XBOX with games. Included in this kid’s den is a queen bed and twin daybed, creating a 5th sleep space, although please note there is no door in this area. The kids will also love the charming, fort-like bunk room featuring three full-over-full bunk beds, all with their own well lit privacy areas.
The Frangista Beach neighborhood mostly consists of large homes where families come to vacation. It spans the equivalent of approximately 4 blocks. The neighborhood has a 400-yard private beach which you must have a code to access. Guests of Happy Go Lucky also have access to the large community pool, which is directly across the street with convenient restroom facilities. This home is within walking distance of beach access, shopping, and dining.
Frangista Beach has a rich history that began when a family from Greece relocated here and built a small motel, and subsequently a little white chapel. After visiting this neighborhood, you will understand why so many families choose to return year after year.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
*This home rents only Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer months. No College/Student groups allowed. all renters must be 25 and older with the exception to family vacations.*
*HOA REGULATIONS: No pets allowed on any beaches, No tents or canopies allowed on private beach, no RV, trailer or camper parking allowed in the community.
*BEACH ACCESS: Guests use Miami Street access and have Access to the Community Pool.
*WEDDINGS/EVENTS: Not Permitted Per HOA

Pool Heat - From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $100/day or $700/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.
Margarita Machines - Beach Reunion is proud to partner with Firefighter Margaritas, and offer the rental (for an additional cost during your stay) of a commercial frozen drink machine (margarita machine) which produces beverages usually only found in restaurants and bars. These popular machines allow you to enjoy your favorite frozen drinks and/or virgin slushies pool side or while lounging on the beach.
Sojo Amenities: Beach Reunion is proud to announce our new partnership with Sojo! Each home will now include a starter supply of the following Sojo amenities:
