KITCHEN: This large kitchen is fully stocked for making meals with large families. It’s bold design features both white and black cabinetry, with modern gold accents. Includes a microwave, dishwasher, stove, 1 refrigerator, 2 toasters, Keurig, coffeepot, crock-pot, griddle, blender….as well as all the normal utensils and cookware. Also has a large counter-height bar with at least 6 bar stools. It’s located in the back left corner of the home, and has a window with a view of the back screened-in patio, and the pool in the backyard.
DINING ROOM: The dining room is located just past the home entryway. It has TWO beautiful tables, seating a total of 20 persons. It is just before the kitchen and bar, so anyone sitting at the bar stools will not be far from the rest of the family.
LIVING ROOM: This very spacious living room is full of natural light. It’s next to the kitchen and dining room, in an open-concept lay-out. It has large windows with a view of the back screened-in patio, and pool in the backyard. It has 3 full-sized couches and a mounted 55-inch flat screen TV.
BEDROOM #1 + BATHROOM #1: This bedroom is off the dining room to the right after walking in the front door. It includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in tub/shower combination.
LAUNDRY ROOM: Located right off the entryway downstairs, to the right. Has 1 stack-able washer and dryer.
BATHROOM #8: (HALF BATH): Located across from the laundry room, off of the entryway. All the bathrooms in the home have custom-built in cabinetry and granite counter-tops.
BACK SCREENED-IN PATIO & OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE: Located off the back of the home, off of the living room and kitchen, is a large and cozy screened-in patio space. It includes a smaller, secondary kitchenette, an outdoor dining table, and a living space with a mounted flat screen tv. All protected from the sun and weather.
BACKYARD: This oasis of a backyard is lush and tropical. There’s a hammock, large 6-person dining set with an umbrella, gas grill, and several lounge chairs. There is a HOT TUB SPA, and the private, saltwater pool can be heated in the cooler months.

2ND FLOOR GAME ROOM AREA: This is a central area of the home, located on the 2nd floor stair landing. It includes a handful of classic arcade-style games for the whole family to enjoy.
BEDROOM #2 + BATHROOM #2: Up the stairs, straight, and to the right is bedroom #2. It includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and mounted flat screen TV. It also has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in stand up shower. And access to a small, shared front balcony. (Shared with bedroom #3 across the hall)
BEDROOM #3 + BATHROOM #3: Across from bedroom #2. This bedroom includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands,, and mounted flat screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in shower/tub combination. And also has access to the cozy, shared, front balcony.
BEDROOM #4 + BATHROOM #4: This bedroom is up the stairs and to the left, off of the main landing.. It includes a king-size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in stand-up shower.

BEDROOM #6 (BUNK ROOM): When you get to the landing on the 2nd floor, go past bedroom #4 and you will find this bunk room in the front corner of the home. It includes FOUR full-over-full bunks beds, 2 end tables, and TWO mounted flat screen TVs. The bathroom for this bunk room is located down the hall, right at the top of the stairs.(BATHROOM #6) This room also has access to the front balcony. There is a coded security lock on this balcony door for child safety.
BATHROOM #6: This bathroom belongs to bedroom #6. They are not joined, but they are both on the 2nd floor, just down the hall from each other. This is a full bathroom complete with a bathtub.
3RD FLOOR:
BEDROOM # 7: Up on the 3rd floor, go straight to bedroom #7. It includes a king-size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and mounted flat screen tv. This room has access to the 3rd floor balcony off the back of the home!
UPSTAIRS LIVING AREA & KITCHENETTE: This is, yet again, another common area for the home to share! The living section includes a full-sized sofa and mounted flat screen tv. And the kitchenette will have a sink, microwave, keurig, a few basic utensils, and a SECOND REFRIGERATOR!
