This completely remodeled 2 bedroom & 2 bath condo is located on the fourth floor and has granite countertops and tile floors throughout. This unit comfortably sleeps 6 with a king bed in the master suite and a queen bed and twin bunks in the guest suite. You will not find a more beautiful condo in Leeward Key! It has great finishes, decor, and stunning views of the Gulf from the 4th floor of our 2 BR / 2 Bath unit. The master guest suite faces the Gulf and has a king bed with a spacious walk-in tile shower. The guest suite has a queen bed and a set of twin bunk beds. The kitchen and dining room are open to the living room where there is ample seating for your family to gather.
This is the perfect setting for a family vacation or quick getaway for a long weekend. Wake up early and start your day by sipping coffee on your balcony overlooking palm trees and rolling surf. Then get out and walk, bike, or run on the extra wide sidewalks of Scenic Gulf Drive. Take a stroll on the sandy white beaches with sparkling emerald waters. The kids can build sandcastles while you relax under the umbrella and two beach chairs that are included with your unit (March 12 - October 31). When evening lazily rolls around, cook a meal for the family in the well stocked kitchen or take a walk next door to Kenny D's for the best Cajun food. Just across the street is Captain Dave's for seafood and gulf front dining. There are so many options available with restaurants, shopping, and entertainment just a golf cart drive away. ​Two vehicles are allowed during your stay. A parking pass will be sent to you before arrival. Boats and trailer parking is available at an additional fee. Leeward Key has a wrist band entry system to the pools and beach gate. These bands will be provided in the unit for your use during your stay. The bands are your responsibility and must be returned before you depart.Other things to noteA door code to the room will be sent to you the day of your arrival. Check-in is not available before 4:00pm but I will let you know if it is clean and ready any earlier. This is a no-smoking and no-pet unit. Any breaking of these rules and you will be asked to leave and money will not be refunded.
