The memories you make here with your bare feet and salty hair will last forever.  Thanks for stopping by our page to take a look at our version of paradise, located just a short walk to the beach and directly on the 16th fairway of the golf course. This three bedroom, one level condo offers an open, split bedroom floor plan with an inviting covered patio that overlooks the golf course.  The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need during your stay, including new appliances and new quartz counter tops. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and garden jacuzzi tub. Bedroom #2 also has a king size bed, with a jack and jill bathroom opening up to bedroom #3 that has two twin beds.  The sofa also makes into a bed in the living room.  There are TV's in all bedrooms as well as the living room.  From the moment you step into this condo, you feel at home and enjoy the feeling of the great outdoors coming inside with sliding doors and floor to ceiling windows allowing the outside to feel like it's inside. Seascape has a private parking lot, just steps away from the beach  by the popular beach restaurant, "Whale's Tail".  You also have access to five pools, one that is heated when needed and just steps away from this condo.  Golf is available, a basketball court, and there are restaurants on property too (try Acme Oyster). Bike riding and long walks are favorite pasttimes of ours, and you will enjoy both those activities here.  NON-SMOKING UNIT.
