Take your practice outside the walls of the studio. Community SUP Yoga is a premiere stand up paddle board yoga program created by our certified instructor Megan Hensley. Our classes are designed for all levels, including beginner paddlers and beginner yogis. Our 1 1/2 hour class format includes approximately 15 minutes of on-land instruction, 15 minutes of paddle time, and 60 minutes of yoga on the water. Price: Free Bring your own board.
