FLOORPLAN

As you walk in, you will be greeted by the beautiful open kitchen that presents a gorgeous tile back-splash, a stunning view of the gulf, stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. Off the Kitchen, there is a high-top pub table for 2 and 4 additional bar stools for your convenience.
?Make your way towards the Living room to enjoy the jaw-dropping views of the Gulf of Mexico in cozy swivel chairs or the comfortable sleeper sofa. The Living room also includes two sliding glass doors with access to the huge wrap-around balcony. Enjoy appetizers and wine on the balcony at night, while you listen to the sound of the waves crashing in on the white sands.
?The Master bedroom is decorated with soft, coastal colors and features a King bed, cozy bedding, a large closet, a mounted flat-screen TV, and private access to the spacious balcony! You will love waking up every morning to these emerald ocean views! Enjoy the connecting Master bathroom that is updated with his and hers granite-top vanities, beautiful flooring, and a walk-in shower with an oversized showerhead!
?The Guest bedroom is located off the entryway and includes a King bed, two closets, a private door to the Guest bathroom, and a large window with views of Okaloosa Island! The Guest bathroom is elegantly designed with a granite-top vanity and a combo shower/tub that includes an oversized shower head!

GUEST ACCESS
?You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owners closet). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking.
Other things to note:
STARTER KIT
? Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.
Wi-Fi
? Our property provides a private Wi-Fi network. The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength. We have found that our Wi-Fi signals are not optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay. **Bring your passwords for streaming services.** Don't forget to log out when you leave.
PARKING
? Parking is available in the complex parking lot. Guests will pick up their parking passes at the Nautilus Front Desk.
BEACH SERVICE
? Bring your own beach chairs and equipment to relax on our sugar sand beaches with breathtaking Emerald Waters! Or have a Beach Setup Service provide you with all the beach chairs and umbrellas you'll need!
POOL
? There is a community pool located in the front of the complex. You will be sent the code for the pool bathrooms before check-in. No alcohol or glass is allowed near the pool/hot tub. You are not permitted to add anything to the pool, including bath salts, bath bombs, etc. Please review and adhere to the Safety Precautions sign next to the amenity. Use the amenity AT YOUR OWN RISK! Please note additional rules for more info.
SECURITY
? Our property currently does NOT have an entry camera, but the resort does have cameras. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund and will be held responsible for any damages.
PETS
? Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the health and severe allergies of the host, we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.
BOOKING
?You must be 25+ to book. The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in. No events or parties are allowed.
CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
?Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.
EARLY ARRIVALS
?We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.
KITCHEN
?Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink.
SMOKING
?NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.
REFUNDS
?Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.
Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents, and understand the beach flags!
