I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. I even provide board games, puzzle and movies. Beach towels are provided. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.
Our pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin. Pontoon Boat
Stay along the Emerald Coast in our beachfront Sea Oats condos located on Okaloosa Island. At Fort Walton Beach, the beach is your playground with a beachfront pool and hot tub that connects to a private beach boardwalk with outdoor shower. Sea Oats is close to Fort Walton Beach attractions and restaurants, such as the Boardwalk shops and restaurants, AJ’s, the famous fishing pier and the Gulfarium.

Parking: There is enough room for one car per unit and a little guest overflow. There is no guaranteed parking beyond those spaces. No boats, RVs or trailers are allowed during the rental season which is spring and summer. Parking spaces are available for owners and registered Sea Oats guests only. Violators may be towed at vehicle owner expense.
