The guest bedroom has Double bunk beds, a Queen bed and a large flat screen TV. The guest bathroom features a combination tub/shower.

Dolphin Point 203C also offers a rare gem of boat dock space available on-site. For an additional fee of $80 plus tax per day, you can use the slip. Boat registration and insurance are required as well to have slip access. No trailer parking is allowed.
