We do offer a cancellation policy: If cancelled before 60 days prior to arrival, we charge %25 of the rental rate. If cancelled after 60 days prior to arrival there are no refunds.

•Each home comes supplied with 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish pod, 2 trash bags per trash can in bathroom and kitchen. Things to bring: laundry detergent, extra toilet paper and paper towels, shampoo and body wash, extra trash bags, dishwasher detergent pods.
•Weddings are not permitted in this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to community and Crystal Beach Rentals fines. This is a non-smoking property.

Bath Towels and Linens are provided, pool/beach towels are not provided.

1ST FLOOR:
Bedroom #1 + Bathroom #1: This bedroom has a queen bed, dresser and nightstand, and a flat screen TV. Connected to a private bathroom with a glassed-in, shower.
Bedroom #2 + Bathroom #2: This bedroom has a king bed, dresser and nightstands, and a flat screen TV. Connected to a Jack and Jill bathroom with a shower/tub combination. This bathroom can also be accessed from the main hallway.
Living Room: This living area is very spacious. With plenty of seating space, and a flat screen TV. It has a view of the backyard and pool. The whole living and dining have a very cozy vibe due to the ship lapped walls.
Dining Room: Has a very large elegant table that seats up to 12. Also has a view of the backyard and pool area.
Kitchen: This is a fully stocked kitchen with a center island bar. The bar will seat an additional 4 people, across from the dining room table. The counter tops are granite and the finishes are timeless brushed nickel and stainless steel. There is a stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, 2 toasters, Keurig, blender, griddle, crock pot and all utensils.
BACKYARD: The luxurious backyard has a private pool. There is an outdoor dining set that seats 6, and multiple lounge chairs. There is a grill, and propane is provided for you. The pool can be heated in the cooler months.

2ND FLOOR:
Bedroom #3 + Bathroom #3: This bedroom has a king bed, dresser and nightstands, and a flat screen TV. Connected to a private bathroom with a stand-up shower. It also has access to the front balcony.
Bedroom #4 + Bathroom #4: This bedroom has a king bed, dresser and nightstands, and a flat screen TV. Connected to a private bathroom with a glassed-in, shower/tub combination. It also has access to the front balcony.
Bedroom #5 + Bathroom #5: This bedroom has a king bed, dresser and nightstands, and a flat screen TV. Connected to a private bathroom with a glassed-in, shower/tub combination.
Bedroom #6 + Bathroom #6: This bedroom is a large bunk room. It has 2 full over full sized bunks, and 1 twin over twin sized bunk, sleeping 10 total. It has a flat screen TV, and also has access to a back balcony. Bathroom #6 is not connected to this room, but it is the designated bathroom for this bedroom. It is located right outside of the doorway in the hall.
Laundry Room: The laundry facility is located on the second floor, in the hallway. There is a stack able washer and dryer.

3RD FLOOR:
Bedroom #7 + Bathroom #7: This large bedroom with 2 sets of full over full bunk beds, a small refrigerator and a foosball table! 
Bedroom #8 + Bathroom #7: It has a king size bed, dresser and nightstands, and a flat screen TV. It has access to a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. It also has access to a balcony. 
Additional Sleeping: Two Rollaway Cot Beds

ALL CARS MUST BE IN DRIVEWAY. 4 CARS MAXIMUM. NO Trailers, RVs, Scooters, Boats, or Motorcycles are permitted per HOA rules.

Please know “Travel Life Vacations” Have Implemented Enhanced Cleaning Strategies:
-We are using all the appropriate sanitizing agents, such as Anti-Bacterial cleaners & disinfectants. We use a commercial grade Anti Viral/Bacteria spray that gets used on all hard & soft surfaces throughout the homes.
-Linens always get properly washed, and fresh sets brought after each guest checkout. So guests get all fresh sheets, towels and bath mats.
-Our pools are always professionally maintained. The balancing of the chemicals to ensure a safe & healthy pool.
