Southern Hospitality Vacation Rentals has a collection of well appointed Beach Condo Rentals located in Destin/Miramar Beach and Blue Mountain Beach on 30A, in Florida.
Through the years we have had the pleasure of renting our vacation
properties to hundreds of families. We have built a genuine reputation
for “value and attentive personal service.” In 2018, we started a new
venture, property management. The goal is to grow our little business,
as long as we are still hands-on and can manage the operation. Our main
focus is not to stray from the quality of service that we have provided
to our owners and guests. We are very selective and have agreed to
manage additional properties (located on 30A in Blue Mountain Beach) and
had the opportunity to “hand- pick” these properties. We are pleased to
welcome them to our family of beach homes.
As an owner, this
business has been the most rewarding experience and I just love the
interaction with all of our families. Everyone starts off as a "guest"
but before you know it we have become "friends". It has been very
gratifying that many families choose to return year after year and refer
our condos to their family and friends.
We pride ourselves on
our personal service and we feel that once you stay at one of our
properties, you will be back! My personal goal is to always keep in
mind as an owner, how I would like to be treated if I were a guest at a
vacation rental. I believe the vacation rental experience is
substantially more personal than staying in a cookie cutter hotel and I
want you to feel confident about renting one of our properties.
