I live in my condo 6 months of the year, so you will find my condo comfortable and completely ready for you! This winter we updated the living room with new fabrics, rug, and coffee table. The Queen Bedroom received a refresh, too- new headboard, rug, side chair and custom made drapes. Even the Master Balcony has new furniture with 2 chairs, side table and rug. Never taking anything for granted! Your comfort and worry-free vacation is our priority!
This beautifully decorated 3 bedroom condo is located at Blue Lupine, The Blue Mtn Beach Condos, unit 222, formerly known as The Inn At Blue Mountain.
Situated on the highest point on the Gulf of Mexico, the gulf-front condominium building is located 1 block off Highway 30A in Blue Mountain Beach, nestled between 2 non-renting upscale communities and offers maximum privacy with it's private beach access and gated, covered garage. Enjoy the 50 feet atrium, furnished and landscaped, work out in the fitness room or lounge by the gulf front pool and hot tub exclusive to our guests.
Our condo is located on the second floor on the west side. This condo is a 3 bedroom, which consists of 1 King, 2 Queens, 1 Twin bed
and 3 full baths. It is 1625 square feet with an additional 400 square feet of balcony. The layout is an open floor plan with a main living and dining area (lots of seating), 55' smart TV with sound bar, DVD/CD player,with a wide selection of movies and music CD's for your enjoyment. Plus, there are 2 wings of bedrooms. The master suite has a king bed and it's own private balcony (2 large chairs and table), private bath with over-sized jacuzzi is on one end of the condo. The opposite end has a second bedroom with queen bed and Smart TV with private bath and access to the main balcony - teak dining table with 7 cushioned chairs and 4 comfortable wicker chairs with 3 small side tables. A third bedroom off the side hallway has a queen bed and a single twin bed with TV. Iis located next to a third full bath. This floor plan offers unusual privacy for the couple with children or for multiple couples sharing the condo.
There are ceiling fans in the main living area and in each bedroom. Also, the condo is equipped with 4 televisions, 2 DVDs players. There is a Full- Size front loader washer and dryer (new in 2023) in the unit for your convenience (laundry detergent is provided) and a fully stocked kitchen (with all stainless steel appliances, cherry cabinets, granite counter tops and glass back splash. Linens are provided (but not beach towels). Should you need additional beach set-ups (1 complimentary setup is provided) they are available for rent from our Beach Service. Also, high speed internet access is provided for your convenience.
An equipped fitness room, which has treadmills, bikes, cross-trainers/ellipticals, weight machines and free weights, are available to guests, as well as and high speed wireless internet access throughout the building. A community barbecue area with 2 gas grills and a basketball court are also located on the property for guests use. The pool and hot tub are gated and overlook the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Nestled between the 2 gated non-rental communities, we enjoy a very private and quiet beach - not a mob scene! During high season, we have security on site most days of the week.
Within walking distance you'll find many restaurants including Mimmos' and Cowgirl Kitchen to name a few, coffee, Blue Mtn Creamery, Blue Mtn Bakery, a health food store, The Justin Gaffrey gallery and live music during the week!
We are situated within 5 miles of Seaside, Watercolor and Grayton Beach- and every year our beaches are on the list of Top Beaches in the USA. A large designer outlet shopping mall is only 15 minutes away. We are about 25 miles west of Panama City and 18 miles east of Destin.
