By The Sea is a new, 3-bedroom, home in the Highland Park community, in laid-back Blue Mountain Beach. The neighborhood has a resort-style, tropically landscaped lagoon pool, which includes a hot tub, 360-observation tower, community grilling area, and firepit with comfy chairs and couches.
Inside, the open living and dining area is huge and wonderfully decorated.
Off the primary bedroom, king, a private balcony lets you enjoy your morning coffee as you take in the sunrise and views of Point Washington State Forest.
A second and third guest room, both queen, is nearby, with a queen sleeper in the living room.
A golf cart and 3 bikes are complimentary, so take advantage of biking or hiking Point Washington State Forest, and visit the nearby shops and restaurants.
