291 Gulfview is professionally managed by Oversee Rentals. Honeybee By The Sea is a newly constructed 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home located across the street from the resort-style lagoon pool in the Highland Parks neighborhood in Blue Mountain Beach.
The first level offers an open floor plan that includes the living, dining and kitchen area. The living area features a flat screen tv with plenty of seating while the fully appointed kitchen with new appliances is ideal for preparing a large meal or a snack for the beach. The first level is also home to a master suite, complete with a king bed, dual vanities, and a walk-in shower.
On the second level you will be greeted by a cozy loft, with comfortable seating and a flat screen TV. This area is ideal for the young crowd to relax and unwind. The second level is also host to 3 additional bedrooms including a king master bedroom with a private bath. A Jack and Jill bath is shared between a queen bedroom and bunk room with 2 twin bunkbeds and finishes off the 2 level.
Highland Parks features a tropically landscaped lagoon pool with a hot tub, 360-observation tower, community grilling area, and a fire-pit with luxury chairs and couches.
Grayton Beach, Seaside and WaterColor are a quick car ride or enjoyable bike ride away, where you can experience local shops and eateries.
