Blue Mountain Beach is one of several beaches located along the Panhandle’s scenic Highway 30-A. Highway 30-A connects the fast-growing corridor of beach communities of Grayton Beach, Watercolor, Seaside, Alys and Rosemary Beach.
Bella Vita is constructed on the highest point along the Gulf of Mexico so the views of the Gulf are amazing. A U.S. Geological Survey placed a marker at the highest point of 61.13 feet above sea level by Bella Vita’s 3-tiered fountain located in its beautiful terraced courtyard.
A complimentary beach set up (umbrella and 2 chairs) is included in rental April - October.
