Additionally, our insurance only covers the property and the Guest between the property’s published check in time of 4:00 PM CST and check out time of 10:00 AM CST.
NOTE: This property is available for vacation rental only. Parties are strictly prohibited.
NOTE: AGE REQUIREMENTS. You must be at least 25 years old to reserve during Spring Break. Sorry, there are no exceptions.
NOTE: A security camera is mounted on the outside of the house and is aimed down the driveway. The pool/pool area is not within the camera’s field of vision.
