Upon entering you'll be welcomed with a spacious open concept main living area. You'll take delight in making a home-cooked meal for your friends and family in the well-stocked kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and ample counter space for meal prep; then you'll savor it at the dining table offering seating for six, additional seating for four can be located at the breakfast bar. As the evening winds-down kick-back in the living room and watch a movie on the large flat-screen TV. You'll sleep-in late in the first-floor master suite, furnished with a king-size bed providing access to a private ensuite with a large walk-in shower and separate soaking tub.  

Making your way upstairs you'll find an additional living area fitted with a flat-screen TV and providing direct access to the Gulf view balcony. The kids are sure to have sweet dreams in the bunk room, furnished with two twin over twin bunk beds and providing private access to a Jack and Jill bathroom. Just down the hall, you'll find an additional guest bedroom, furnished with a king-size bed and also providing private access to the Jack and Jill bathroom, featuring a tub/shower combination. Lastly, on the second floor, you'll find an additional master suite, furnished with a king-size bed and private access to an ensuite with a tub/shower combination.

Out the right of the property down Emerald Cove Lane South to the gravel road, take a right onto Emerald Cove Lane North, it will turn into West Park Place. The entrance to the Preserve is on the left down the boardwalk.

3) This property has 4 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
4) Golf Cart Rentals are NOT permitted in Rosemary, Seacrest or Alys Beach.
