Occupying the east end of Sanctuary at Redfish, 2104 is cradled by a green, sub-tropical forest alive with birdsong and salt air. Views of Redfish Lake and the emerald Gulf beyond dotted with brightly colored umbrellas create such lovely color contrasts that the vista will undoubtedly evoke sighs of contentment from 2104’s guests. The 10 foot ceilings, travertine tile floors, three en-suite bedrooms, fully-equipped kitchen and open dining/living area compliment the serene outdoor scenery with a calming nautical theme. High-end extras include granite countertops throughout, a luxury primary bathroom and a large furnished balcony with water views.
Ready for an extra surprise? The reservation of 2014 includes the most charming little poolside cabana. This little oasis is complete with a kitchenette, full bathroom and a back porch ideal for storing beach and pool toys. It also matches it’s ‘big brother’ with an attractive nautical decor scheme and travertine tile floors.
A stay at Sanctuary always leaves guests raving about its location on 30A within walking distance to restaurants and shops; its sprawling pool deck; its seasonal boat ferry which carries riders across Redfish Lake to the beach and its overall aesthetic of natural luxury. For those who enjoy a nice leisurely walk you can go to and from the beach via the preserve trail or the public beach access year round.
We do not rent to under 25.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.
THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY - No smoking allowed anywhere including balconies!! Smoking on property could result in eviction.
Sleeping in pool cabana is strictly prohibited due to pool area closing at 10pm.
