335 Lakeview is professionally managed by Oversee Rentals. Easy Breezy is a classic, original 60s era lakefront beach house that has been totally renovated while maintaining its original charm. It is a sensational home located right on Eastern Lake with awe-inspiring views. A quick swim across the lake or a quick walk down the street and you are at the beautiful white sand beaches of South Walton.
The large deck is a great place to start your day with a cup of coffee, or an evening BBQ on the grill, and you will have one of the best seats in the area to view breathtaking sunsets.
Upon entering Easy Breezy, you will find the open concept inviting. You will enjoy the views of Eastern Lake in every area of the house from the living room to the bedrooms. In the living room you will find a pull-out sofa bed. As you make your way down the hallway you will find both king bedrooms with double doors opening to the large Florida room. In the Florida room you will find both twin beds with trundle beds.
Nestled on Eastern Lake, it is the ideal location to take advantage of everything scenic 30A has to offer. Eastern lake is available for boating of all kinds except jet-skis and the house is in close proximity of a public boat ramp. Paddleboards are welcome and the fishing is great!
