The new owners offer new interior furnishings, brand new heated private pool and all bathrooms and kitchen have been completely updated and renovated.  The kitchen is equipped with all new appliances as well as a large capacity washer and dryer. This three bedroom, three bath home is the perfect vacation destination for your family, and is just 90 steps away from the beach walkover/access.  *PLEASE BE AWARE THAT PORTIONS OF THIS BEACH ARE PRIVATE.* *LOCAL BEACH SERVICES DO NOT PROVIDE SETUP(CHAIRS & UMBRELLAS) FOR GUESTS.*(CALL FOR DETAILS OR QUESTIONS)* There is a loft area that will be a great hang out spot and sleeping area for the kids, complete with a queen size Murphy bed!  There are two bedrooms downstairs, one with a king bed and the other with a queen. Both bedrooms have access to the private pool and bathrooms. The living area has a new queen size sofa bed! The king bedroom suite is upstairs with a large bathroom, oversized soaking tub, walk in closet and a fantastic view of the golf course and pool area. There are HDTVs in every bedroom, the loft area and a new 65” Samsung Smart TV in the main living area. The wireless WIFI signal is strong. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare breakfast for the family or a seafood feast!! You can easily feed 10 (4 at the bar area and 6 at the dining table). There is a side porch that is perfect for grilling(Weber gas grill provided), relaxing and the private heated(salt water) pool area has a beautiful view of the golf course. Pool may be heated for an additional charge October-May. This service must be requested in advance and will be for the duration of your stay. Please check with owner for details.  There is a beach wagon on site for use(no chairs or umbrellas). There is also an outdoor shower with hot and cold water just off the porch on the way to and from the pool.
