- The pool can be heated for a $55 per day fee
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Additional fees and taxes may apply
- Under no circumstances is the maximum sleeping occupancy of 14 guests to be exceeded
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- Parking in front yard is prohibited
- Cancellations... Deposits on cancellations made 60 days prior to check in are fully refundable. Deposits and monies for cancellations made 59 days or shorter prior to check in can be used as credits for future bookings based on availability.
