To ensure a clean and enjoyable experience for all guests, please note the following guidelines for pets:

• Pets are not allowed on furniture, beds, or in the pool.
• Dogs must be kept in a crate when guests are not present with them.
• A non-refundable pet fee of $250 + tax applies.

*** OTHER THINGS TO KNOW ***

• Travel Insurance is NOT included in our quotes. It can be purchased during the reservation process or obtained independently.
• We DO NOT accept wire transfers for payment.
• This property has 5 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes, a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
• LSV (Low Speed Vehicles) and Golf Cart rentals are NOT permitted in Rosemary, Seacrest, or Alys Beach.
• There is an active Ring doorbell camera at the entrance door of the home.
• Pet-friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250 + tax.
