The dining table seats ten guests and is open to the living room. Step out to the private 3rd floor balcony which joins the interior and exterior spaces of this property. This 3rd floor balcony over looks the expansive 12,000 square foot Seacrest Lagoon Pool.-/p-
-p-Escape to the Primary Suite where you will find a king size bed and private en suite including a glass enclosed shower, soaking tub and dual sinks. The second guest suite has a king size bed and private en suite which includes a shower/tub combo and single sink. The third guest suite has two queen size beds with a private suite which includes a shower/tub combo and single sink. The last two sleeping arrangements are a custom built set of bunk beds for the kids, twin over twin! This property was completely renovated in January of 2022 with new floors, counters, cabinets, paint, furniture, fixtures and more!-br /-br /-Grab your beach gear and walk over to the community beach access, located just south of the condo across 30A and about a 5 minute walk from the property. Seasonally there is a tram service that can take you to and from! Being in Seacrest Beach you will be just short walk or bike ride away from Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, the ideal location. Hop on the bikes and cruise through Peddlers Pavilion, enjoy the local boutiques and restaurants of Seacrest Beach!-/p-
