Bluegrass Bungalow has an open floor plan with the living room at the center of the home. The kitchen has granite countertops and is fully stocked for entertaining. The master bedroom has a king bed and desk area. The master bath has a garden tub, separate tiled shower, and large closet. The bunk room is just off the master and has twin beds and a desk, perfect for the kids or a home office. The 1st guest bedroom has a queen bed, large dresser, and a private bath with a walk-in shower. The other guest room has a full bed with a twin trundle and a private bathroom.
The large paved parking area has a basketball goal and 3 bicycles for guests to use. The heated pool has a large deck area for sunbathing, relaxing, and cooking out on the gas grill. Walk or bike to Seaside and many great restaurants on Highway 30A.
