Legacy 504 at Seagrove Beach has 2 bedrooms 3 full bathrooms within gated community and 200 yards from the beach. 2 community pools and beach setup for 2 people (March to October). Can sleep up to 8 people. Walking distance to restaurants. Two parking spots. One inside the garage and one assigned parking spot.
First Floor: Queen bedroom with Walk-in-Shower. Please note this room is accessible via garage and direct access to community pool.
Second Floor: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa, Kitchen, Dining, Hall Bath with Walk-in-Shower, and Balcony Access
Third Floor: Master bedroom with King size bed and Walk-In_Shower & soaking Tub+Laundry.

PARKING: Two (2) Cars parking: One assigned spot with unit number on it and one inside the garage
**Legacy townhome is a gated community, and we will provide the access code 24 hours before your check in date.
BEACH ACCESS: Legacy Townhome Guests have access to the beach by using the private boardwalk located at back of property.
Please be aware that for utilization of the beach, Legacy Townhome owners have private beach chairs/umbrellas labeled with individual unit numbers set up to the left of stairs once entering private beach (March 1st to Oct 31st).
Legacy Townhome guests can set up on the public beach to the right or left of boardwalk.
Strict enforcement that the private boardwalk is to be accessed by Legacy Townhome guests and NOT set up is allowed on the Legacy Condominium private beach.
Please enjoy your private boardwalk to paradise and utilize the public beaches to right and left of the private Legacy boardwalk for fun in the sun.

** One Beach Setup for 2 people. One umbrella and two chairs (March 1st to Oct 31st).
How to get to chairs: When you come down the boardwalk at the bottom you will walk to the left towards the outfall in the sand. The chairs will be set up by the waterline each morning (March through October) as soon as turtle watch clears the beach. The chairs will have a tag that says “Legacy 504”
** Additional 8 beach chairs and two umbrellas on the townhome located inside the garage for guests to use at the beach.
ABOUT THE AREA:
Conveniently located south off Scenic 30A in the center of South Walton's Seagrove Beach. No need to cross any street to access the beach.
You can walk across the street to the popular highly acclaimed Café 30A restaurant. Angelina's Pizzeria & Pasta is right next door with hand-tossed pizzas and fabulous Italian home-style pastas.
Seaside is also just few minutes away (1.2 mile) with restaurants, friendly bars, boutiques, galleries, seasonal festivals, and free concerts.
