Rental includes beach setup with 2 chairs and 1 umbrella from March 1 - Oct 31, 2025 only. Not offered in off-season due to vendor not available. From March 29 - Oct 31 condo rents Sat to Sat only. Can do 6 night minimum if it falls between the sat to sat turn over day. MONTHLY RENTALS NOT OFFERED.
New beach front building that was completed in Oct. 2010. It is a small 9 unit building with private beach access and outdoor shower. This unit features granite counter tops and stainless appliances in the beautifully designed kitchen. There is an outdoor charcoal grill in the parking lot and bicycle rack. There is 1 parking space per condo at no charge.
Located on a quiet low traffic dead end road south of 30A, Eastern Lake Road, Seaside and several restaurants are a short bike ride away.
This is a NO SMOKING complex. If you are a smoker, please choose a different property. HOA does not allow smoking in the unit, on balcony or any area on the property including the parking lot.
