This top floor, single level unit includes three bedrooms, two full baths, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living and dining area, and a private balcony over-looking The Villages shops, boutiques, and Peddlers Pavilion. 

The fully equipped kitchen is supplied with cooking utensils, pots, pans, knives, and small appliances. There is also a stacked washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. The dining room table comfortably seats six with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. The living area includes ample seating for the whole family to sit back and relax. The large windows and french doors leading out to the balcony will fill the room with light while providing an inviting place to sit and enjoy a nice glass of wine. 

The relaxing master suite includes a king-size bed, private access to the shared balcony, and a flat-screen TV. The master ensuite bathroom features an oversized walk-in shower, double vanity, and separate makeup vanity. 

The guest room is complete with a queen-size bed and private access to the shared bathroom with a shower/tub combo and single vanity. Across the hall is the third bedroom with a set of bunk beds that are size twin over full. Both guest rooms have their own flat-screen TVs and closets.
