Ashley might not have been born here, but her Mama made her a local when she was only three months old. Having been here nearly 40 years, you can definitely count on Ashley Botelho as an expert in the area! Being in real estate for over a decade now, she has proudly served military customers, welcomed relocating families, held first-time home buyers' hands, and successfully guided sellers and buyers through markets despite whose "turn" it was to have the upper hand. She has her own family here now, too, raising two beautiful daughters, Joplin and Greta. She teaches her girls a sense of service, independence, integrity, and community by the example she puts forth both at home and in her career. She jokingly calls herself the "Unofficial Welcome Wagon," as she loves to not only help buyers and sellers with their housing needs, but she also wants to make sure all of her customers, newly transplanted or long-time locals, are connected to their community in whatever ways serve them best.
