As a local native growing up around the real estate business, Joshua Callahan has been passionate about both since his earliest years. While growing up in Niceville, FL, Josh always knew that he wanted to lead a path of service by helping others. His true calling presented itself in real estate, serving his clients and simplifying the sales process through one of the largest investments of their lives.
