The sliding glass door to the balcony will lead you to a view to remember! In the dining area we have a table which seats 8 with 3 additional seats available at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessary appliances such as a drip coffee maker, Keurig, blender, crock pot, breakfast grill, ample dishware-including dishes for children, bakeware, and cookware.
The master bedroom features a king size bed overlooking the Gulf. The ensuite master bathroom has double vanities, a walk-in shower, and a separate tub. The guest bedroom has a queen bed with a corner desk and a TV. The second bathroom has a combination shower/tub. In addition, Coastal Soul has a bunk-room that is perfect for little ones! A Graco highchair and Pack & Plays are available. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Ariel Dunes has expansive pools, including a zero-depth entry pool, a fitness center and an onsite restaurant in Ariel Dunes I.
Beach is only 0.2 miles from unit.
Seascape is a wonderful, all-encompassing resort spanning 360 acres of beautiful terrain, including 2000 feet of emerald and blue beach front. Seascape provides an abundance of amenities and recreational activities sure to please every member of the family. Enjoy the local’s favorite Whale’s Tail, a bar and grill right on the beach. Off the beach, Seascape has a championship golf course, six clay tennis courts, a pickle ball court, 2 paddle ball courts, great restaurants and music venues, nature walks and plenty of biking trails. Once you are here, you will never want to leave the Resort!
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial amenity package is depleted.
Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are given provided your reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to your arrival date, less a $250 cancellation fee. There is no refund if the reservation is cancelled within 60 days of the arrival date. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement WITHIN 2 DAYS OF BOOKING, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.
Our Clean Initiative: Sheets, towels and blankets are professionally laundered between each reservation using SANIX by UNX which is an EPA registered product that disinfects, cleans and deodorizes. This multi-purpose neutral PH, germicidal detergent and deodorant is effective on a wide variety of pathogens. Our laundry service follows a cross contamination prevention strategy in accordance with CDC guidelines. We use Clorox wipes and Lysol Disinfectant Spray for fabric surfaces.
