Emerald Coast Escapes

We have a Fabulous Gulf View Condo in Destin/Miramar Beach. We are located in Ariel Dunes I Unit 2209, in the Seascape Resort.  It is a 2 bedroom 2 bath with a bunk room and queen sleeper sofa. Sleeps 8. Our unit is 1700 sq ft. including an oversized balcony with direct Gulf View. The entire unit has had a total renovation and professionally decorated. Full kitchen with all of the comforts of home. All new stainless steel kitchen appliances, new living room furniture and new washer and dryer.  We recently installed a tankless water heater. So, the last person taking a shower still gets hot water!!  Beautiful gulf view from the living room or walk out master bedroom. The beach is a short 2 minute walk through our parking lot.  Close to restaurants, attractions, and shopping. Allegiant Air flies direct into Destin/Fort Walton Airport.
