This is condo and all condos managed by Beach Condos in Destin are non-smoking properties. Beach Retreat 404 is convenient to Destin restaurants, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Destin Commons Shopping Center charter-boat fishing from Destin Harbor, biking trails, numerous Destin golf courses.

All of our properties do require a Saturday-Saturday stay during Summer and Other Peak times of year
