The condo was completely renovated in March 2012 with all new kitchen and baths, new furnishings and details from top to bottom. Comfortable furniture on the large patio to encourage your family to sit and read, talk, have a cool or hot beverage and listen and watch the surf. The ground floor patio gives you easy access to the beach which is no more than 50 yards away from the patio.

The unit includes one umbrella and 2 chairs at the beach by our professional beach service for each day that you are here from mid March to the end of October. 

The master bedroom faces the gulf and has a king bed and an extremely large bath with a garden tub and separate shower. There is a desk area for those who need to do a little work or keep up with emails during their time away.
The guest king suite has access to the guest bath. It also has a desk area.

The separate bunk room has a full bunk on the bottom and a twin bunk on the top.

The living room and bedrooms all have flat screen TV's and DVD's.

The property amenities also include a community charcoal grilling area, a fitness center and a beautiful pool with a spa, fountain and lush landscaping.

The 5 mile long walk / bike path is also a big attraction along Scenic Gulf Drive. Enjoy walking your pet, biking, roller skating while enjoying the views of the Gulf of Mexico.

There are 3 restaurants in easy walking distance from Beach Retreat if you do not want to drive . One of these is Pompano Joe's which features late afternoon / evening entertainment that is suitable for the entire family.
