Beach Retreat is a 4 story, 44 unit gated resort. It has a wonderful 3000 sq ft pool with jacuzzi, large sundeck area, 2 pool-side restrooms, BBQ grills and a picnic area. Our unit is the larger of the 3 bedroom floor plans at BEACH RETREAT with BOTH the LIVING ROOM and MASTER BEDROOM overlooking the gulf from our larger 27′ balcony. COMPLIMENTARY BEACH SERVICE INCLUDES 2 LOUNGE CHAIRS AND UMBRELLA (seasonal). Interior features include 2 new flat screen TV’s, 9.5′ ceilings, ceramic tile floors, granite counter tops, cultured marble sinks in bathrooms, ceiling fans, full-sized stacked washer and dryer, dishwasher, self-cleaning oven, and built in microwave. Fully-equipped kitchen includes toaster, blender, coffee maker, wine glasses, iron, ironing board, and vacuum. All linens are included (except beach towels)
