Located in the upscale Crystal Beach area of Destin in a small ONE-STORY beachside community, this updated and cheerful condo is less than a minute from the shore. The small, uncrowded complex is fronted by 300 feet of beautiful BEACH. It is GATED FOR ADDED SECURITY, has a peaceful, unhurried atmosphere, and is free of the hassles that come with many vacation complexes and high rises. It is a great place to relax and rejuvenate. There are no streets to cross and no beach access is needed to get to the beach. This complex is on the beach and the condo is about 20 steps to the stairs leading to the sand.
Guests will enjoy a comfortable night's sleep in the top of the line Queen-size TEMPUR-PEDIC bed. The spacious bedroom has plenty of storage space for guests desiring longer stays. There is a standard sleeper sofa in the living area for additional sleeping space.
The newly renovated bathroom features a brand new bathtub with dual shower heads, safety bars and a comfort-height commode.
The kitchen has solid granite counter tops with bar area, new lighting and shiny stainless steel sink. Everything needed for cooking and dining is provided.
