WHAT WE PROVIDE (BEACH SUPPLIES):
-- 6 PAID beach chairs/umbrella set-up (SEASONAL March thru October, 3 double set-ups professional chair service) at Hutchison Street beach access by Camille's which means you can get food/drinks at the bistro or also at Staci's inside The Inn @ Crystal Beach. Your chair service is already set up and reserved for you each morning when you arrive at the beach and it gives you a home base to set up other chairs/equipment
-- An SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard) plus Kayak
-- 6 more fold-up sand chairs
-- a rolling beach cart and THREE rolling coolers
-- appx 12 beach towels
-- 2 rolling coolers
-- whatever sand toys and floats are in our storage shed

• EVERY bedroom has a King except top-floor bunk room; EVERY bedroom has its own attached full bathroom, NO SHARING BATHROOMS! EVERY bedroom has its own 4K wi-fi TV and Cubie Blue bluetooth speaker; three of the King bedrooms open onto balcony facing beach side, full width of house
• Two sets French doors open to PRIVATE POOL which has tanning shelf and adirondacks
• massive 43' X 17' living room split down the middle with two high-top gathering tables which seat 20 plus 4 barstools at 9X5 kitchen island; one end has a Presidential pool table and shuffleboard table; the other end has three leather couches; both ends have 4K wi-fi TVs wall-mounted (a 65" and a 55"). SONOS wi-fi speakers.
• Interior completely white ship-lapped with some stained/coffered ceilings; directly across the street from the beach, cadi-corner to the Inn at Crystal Beach; 150 steps to beach access and a half-block to Camille's and also Soleil (Inn at Crystal Beach's restaurant)
• no wasted space in this house, smartly-designed bedrooms all have built-in wood shelves in closets; TVs all wall-mounted with no exposed wires; nice touches such as wall sconces and USB charging stations by each bed plus CubieBlue bluetooth speaker
• All bathrooms (7.5 baths) are walk-in tiled showers except the 2 "family" bedrooms which have King PLUS a set of twin bunks and have a tub/shower combo to bathe the little ones.
• Open kitchen has all the gadgets including trash compactor, built-in ice maker under counter, Keurig plus Ninja brew station, TWO refrigerators, even spices are included
• 3rd floor BUNK ROOM is 34' X 15' with loft ceilings and houses 4 sets of sturdy, built-in twin bunks (8 twins) and has its own 3-couch lounge area with seating and large 65" 4K wi-fi TV; balcony opens to beach views.
• High-end mattresses and 650-thread count linens; clean-lines coverlets
• wood-look tile and LVP flooring is cleaner than carpets; minimal area rugs
• lots of original artwork from local artists complement the modern, coastal feel
• BEDDING, no sleeper sofas: 6 Masters: 6 Kings, 2 sets twin bunks in the 2 family King rooms; plus bunk room with (4) sets of BUILT-IN twin bunks. TOTAL 24 in beds; max of 12 adults
• Parking for max 6 vehicles (per City of Destin).  NO street parking and no parking across any part of sidewalk.
