All of our properties do require a Saturday-Saturday Stay during the Late Spring Summer and Fall unless last minute

This Condo is really something special, the condo was just purchased and the new owners allowed us to help them completely redecorate from the ground up.

Crystal View is a wonderful condo for a family gathering with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, having the largest balcony in the area with a panoramic 4th floor view of the gulf.

The living room and all bedrooms will have flat screen TV’s. The dining table will have seating for 10 and room for additional people at the bar area. The kitchen will have stainless appliances and granite countertops.

The master bedroom has a king bed and a daybed with a trundle (equivalent of 2 twin beds). There are doors onto the balcony from the master bedroom and it definitely has the wonderful gulf view.. The master bath is very large with separate shower and garden tub.

The second bedroom will have a king bed and an ensuite bath.

The 3rd bedroom has a king bed and 3rd bath is conveniently located just outside the door.

The maximum capacity of the condo is 12 people when the 2 sleeper sofas in the living room and the daybed with trundle in the master bedroom are utilized.

In addition the condo is pet friendly for non-aggressive small pets.

Two chairs and a umbrella will be setup at the beach for guest use between Middle March and the end of October
