Guests will enter the unit into a small entryway that leads into the kitchen area and the living room. The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen leads to a small area with the washer and dryer in the closet. 

 

The kitchen overlooks the living room with fantastic views of the Gulf. With new furniture that aids in the beautiful beach life. There is a dining area with seating for 6 along with three bar stools. Adjacent to the dining area is a couch and loveseat that surround a flat screen TV. 

 

Down the hall from the kitchen are the two bedrooms and two bathrooms in the unit. The first bedroom contains two twin beds with an adjacent bathroom with a tub/shower combo. At the end of the hall is the Master bedroom with a King bed and Gulf Views. Adjacent to the master bedroom is the master bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sinks. 

 

For a family who wants to be steps from the beach with amenities galore, this is the place for you! The Edgewater complex has a huge pool area with a spa, two pools and a tiki bar. There is also a playground area, basketball court and plenty of green space to run around.
