Situated on a quiet cul de sac and across the street from one of two community pools. This location offers plenty of space for children to safely play and explore within sight. The beach is a short 5 to 10 minute walk through the quiet community and then across Scenic Gulf Drive. This home is centrally located and provides easy access to beach front restaurants and activities/attractions on Highway 98.
