Touched by the Sun is the sister home to our beautiful "Born to Sun" home in the Frangista Beach community. This beautiful 8 bedroom, 8 bath home sleeps up to 25 guests. The tranquil indoor atmosphere and outdoor entertainment spaces will make “Touched by the Sun” your dream beach vacation!
Upon entering the first floor of this luxury home, you will find the magnificent main living space. The living space is a work of art and the epitome of high-end, coastal elegance — with breathtaking ceilings and arches that lead to the gourmet kitchen and formal dining area. The living space also features comfortable, luxury furnishings including a leather couch and plush armchairs. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances including an electric range and two dishwashers and a wet bar with a free-standing ice maker. The kitchen is beautifully designed and complete with custom cabinets and granite countertops. Adjacent to the kitchen is the formal dining space with seating for 8 guests, with additional seating for 4 more at the bar.
For sleeping arrangements on the first floor there is a bunk room which features 3 twin beds. There is a King Suite with a shared bath. For additional sleeping space, there is a media room with a queen-over-queen bunk nook. The media room is perfect for a cozy movie night or for teens to hang out. There is also a full bath on this floor.
Awaiting you on the second floor is a game room with a television; pool table; table with seating for two, perfect for a game of cards; and access to the second floor balcony. The balcony features seating that overlooks the pool. Down the hall guests will find three King Suites, each decorated with their own custom style and fit with a private bathroom and flat-screen TV.
Located on the third floor are 3 additional bedrooms. The first being a custom-built bunk room with two full-over-full bunks and one twin-over-twin bunk that sleeps a total of 6 guests and has its own private bathroom. The other two bedrooms are King Suites complete with private bathrooms. One of the King Suites has a bathtub and shower along with its own private balcony.
The neighborhood of Frangista Beach consists of mostly large homes where families come to vacation. It spans the equivalent of approximately 4 blocks. The neighborhood has a 400 yard private beach which you must have a code to access. Frangista Beach has a rich history that began when a family from Greece built a small motel and a little white chapel. After visiting this neighborhood, you will understand why so many families choose to return year after year
* This home rents only Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer months.
* College/Student groups are NOT allowed. All renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children in families.
* Parking for 6 vehicles. No Grass/Street Parking Community Rules
* Per County Ordinance, no pets allowed on any beaches.
* Weddings/Events –Not Permitted on the Private Beach Access. (Small Events at the Home Permitted)
* No tents or canopies allowed on private beach used for the community.
* Guests must use Hollywood Beach Access
* No RV's, campers or trailers allowed to park at the house or the neighborhood.

Electric Street Legal Golf Cart Rentals — We offer electric street legal golf cart rentals to Beach Reunion guests only and at a lower rate than our competitors in the Destin/Miramar Beach area. Pool Heat - From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $75/day or $525/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.
Beach Chair Service- Complimentary Chairs through La Dolce Vita are available from March 1 - October 31 annually! This includes 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas set up daily on the beach from 9am-5pm.
Margarita Machines - Beach Reunion is proud to partner with Firefighter Margaritas, and offer the rental (for an additional cost during your stay) of a commercial frozen drink machine (margarita machine) which produces beverages usually only found in restaurants and bars. These popular machines allow you to enjoy your favorite frozen drinks and/or virgin slushies pool side or while lounging on the beach. They are the perfect addition to family vacations, weddings, business retreats, golf outings, fishing trips, church groups or any other type of gathering.
