1ST FLOOR:
KITCHEN: This large kitchen is fully stocked for making meals with large families. Its light and airy design is coupled with black and natural wood accents, giving this home a modern coastal feel. Includes a microwave, dishwasher, stove, 1 refrigerator, 2 toasters, Keurig, coffeepot, crock-pot, griddle, blender….as well as all the normal utensils and cookware. Also has a large counter-height bar with bar stools. It’s located in the front of the home.
DINING ROOM: The dining room is located just past the home entryway. It has a beautiful table, seating a total of 9 persons. It is just beside the kitchen and bar, so anyone sitting at the bar stools will not be far from the rest of the family. Dining table can comfortably seat 12 guests, with an additional 8 seats at 2 extra bar height areas for a total of 20 guests to dine together at once.
LIVING ROOM:This very large living room is full of natural light! It’s next to the kitchen and dining room, in an open-concept lay-out. It has windows which let in lots of natural light and 3 full-sized leather couches as well as a large mounted 65-inch flat screen TV.
BEDROOM + BATHROOM #1: This spacious master bedroom is located at the back of the home and has direct access to the pool. It includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a large, easy entry, glassed-in shower.
LAUNDRY ROOM: 1 full size washer and dryer
BATHROOM # 9 : (HALF BATH): has access to the pool as well as from the inside of the home.
KITCHENETTE: This is located at the back of the house with full access to the pool and backyard area. It has a full refrigerator and plenty of storage.
BACKYARD: This oasis of a backyard is loaded with amenities and offers something for everyone! There’s a hammock, a large umbrella for shade, a large 6-person dining set with an umbrella, a gas grill, and eight lounge chairs. There is a HOT TUB SPA, and the private, saltwater pool can be heated in the cooler months!
2ND FLOOR:
2ND FLOOR GAME ROOM AREA: located in the hall with access from all bedrooms there are classic video games that are sure to be a hit with children of all ages.
