• No private beach patrol
• Minimum rental age: 25

The Home
Dolphin Watch spans three spacious floors, each offering sweeping Gulf views and thoughtfully designed gathering spaces.
Main Floor — Living & Entertaining
The first floor features the main living area, kitchen, dining space, and beachfront deck. Chic coastal décor complements the stunning scenery, while a large sectional with a queen sleeper sofa, bench seating, flat-screen TV, and cozy fireplace creates the perfect place to unwind.
The open layout allows guests to flow easily between spaces while enjoying the view. The kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a stylish backsplash, and a breakfast bar seating three. Nearby, a farmhouse dining table with booth seating accommodates large family meals and celebrations.
Second Floor — Primary Suites
Upstairs, two luxurious bedroom suites provide comfort and privacy.

• Direct private beach access you can step from deck to sand in seconds
Your backyard is the beach, making it easy to swim, sunbathe, or stroll along the shoreline whenever you like.
Beach Privacy Note
Local ordinances allow the public to walk along the shoreline at the erosion control line. For a more private setup, guests may:
• Reserve additional beach service sets (approximately $60 per day)
• Set up personal chairs early each morning
• Rent backpack beach chairs from us for weekly use
