Entertaining will be a breeze as this property offers a unique open floor plan with a well-equipped kitchen, wet bar with wine refrigerator, dining area, and an oversized spacious living area making it the perfect place for gathering the whole crew after a long beach day. A very unique and special feature for this condo is "two beautiful" balconies. One balcony is located off of the main living area, the second balcony is located off one of the master bedrooms. The perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or drinks at sunset.

Southern Hospitality Vacation Rentals Policy for VRBO guests:
After receipt of your booking, we will contact you directly to answer add'l questions and give you more details about the reservation process. We require all guests to read and sign OUR rental agreement and terms for our condo.. Rules of our beach home, payments and cancellation information is stated in our rental agreement. Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT - a $500.00 "HOLD" will be placed on your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival. The credit card "HOLD" will be released within 48 hours after your departure subject to the following conditions stated in our rental agreement.
