This 2nd floor 2 bedroom/2 bath condo at Majestic Sun offers views of the Emerald Coast from the living room, the master bedroom, and the oversized balcony.
A new, 6-seater golf cart is included with this property, which is a $150/day value (based on local rental rates). The golf cart is perfect for shuttling people to the beach or cruising to the numerous restaurants in the area. The beach front road, Scenic Highway 98, is very safe and golf cart friendly.
This 2BR/2BA condo is bright, beachy, spacious, and comfortable (Sleeps 7). It is fully stocked with "more than the basics" so you and your group can prepare delicious meals while overlooking the Gulf of Mexico in your home away from home. The living room has a Queen sleeper sofa, plenty of seating, beachy decor, a large 55" Smart TV with cable and streaming access, and, best of all, those HUGE Gulf views! The attached balcony space offers room for dining and relaxing while you soak in the sights and sounds of the Emerald Coast.
Adjacent to the living room, the master bedroom features a King bed, Gulf views, a Smart TV, and a large closet and bathroom. Down the hall, there is a washer and dryer with plenty of laundry supplies for your stay. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed, 32" TV, private closet, and private bathroom.

Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort with an 18 hole golf course, tennis facility, and 2000' of beach front. Seascape Town Center has shopping, dining, and entertainment. Grab breakfast and coffee at 2 Birds Cafe, fresh seafood at Acme Oyster House, $2 Tacos for "Taco Tuesday" at Mezcal Mexican Grill, or dessert at Moo La-La. The outdoor adventure park and Thrills Arcade and Laser Tag provide fun for all! Numerous restaurants are within walking distance (~1 mile) including The Whale's Tail, The Surf Hut, Pompano Joe's, Mezcal Mexican Grille, Royal Palm Grille, Bad Ass Coffee, Two Birds Coffee and Cafe, Acme Oyster House, and more! Better yet, the Cabana Cafe is next door with great food, drinks. and live music - Open Late!
Silver Sands Outlet Mall is less than 2 miles away and has loads of shopping, Carrabba's Italian Grill, Haagen-Dazs Ice Cream, and other attractions. Destin Commons is ~4 miles away and is home to extensive shopping, dining, and entertainment. Some favorites include Bass Pro Shops, Gulf Coast Burgers, Another Broken Egg Cafe, World of Beer, Whole Foods Market, and AMC Theaters. There's always something happening at the Commons! Grand Boulevard Town Center (~3 miles away) is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food.
The swimmers and snorkelers in your group should check out Dolphin Reef that is located 700 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's). The Reef is around 10-15 feet deep.
Majestic Sun was built in 2004, and building management provides excellent maintenance service and routine inspections. In response to the horrific collapse of the Champlain Tower in Miami, Majestic Sun building management is planning a detailed structural inspection. At this time, routine maintenance and inspections reveal no apparent indication of structural weakness or water damage at Majestic Sun at this time. In addition, Majestic Sun is 17 years old (vs. 40+ years old for the Champlain tower) and built to a different/superior code from 40 years ago. The 2018 Champlain Towers inspection indicated a number of deficiencies pertaining to concrete deterioration such as spalling and structural cracking. There were apparently a number of areas where water could penetrate the building.
Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.
My properties are all incredibly well stocked. I provide the following:
