This convenient studio is spacious and professionally designed. We have updated the floors, bathroom and the décor. You will find a king size bed, large flatscreen smart TV, a kitchenette and sitting nook in the main living area. Our bathroom is spacious and well organized. It features a walk in shower and a separate tub for soaking as well as generous counter and drawer space. Our favorite part of this charming condo is the lovely view from the private balcony located off of the main living area, facing the bed. A great view to wake up to and a serene one to fall asleep to!
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.
Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are given if your reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to your arrival date, less a $250 cancellation fee. There is no refund if the reservation is cancelled within 60 days of the arrival date. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement WITHIN 2 DAYS OF BOOKING, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.
Our Clean Initiative: Sheets, towels and blankets are professionally laundered between each reservation using SANIX by UNX which is an EPA registered product that disinfects, cleans and deodorizes. Our laundry service follows a cross contamination prevention strategy in accordance with CDC guidelines. In addition to our standard high-level clean between each reservation, we utilize Clorox wipes on all hard surfaces and use Lysol Disinfectant spray for fabric surfaces.
