The first-floor hosts one of the master king bedrooms with a private bathroom, mini bar and private balcony with splash pool as well as a bunk room furnished with two bunks totaling four full-size beds and a flat screen TV.
On the second-floor you will find a beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen. The dining room offers seating for eight at the dining room table and for two at the bar. The living room, offering Gulf views from every angle, is equipped with a flat screen TV, sleeper sofa and balcony with outdoor seating. Also on this floor, find a guest bedroom with a queen-size bed and a flat screen TV.
The third floor boasts the master bedroom with king-size bed, private Gulf-front balcony, flat screen TV and private bath with a Jacuzzi bathtub, walk-in shower and double vanity. There is an additional guest bedroom with a king-size bed and flat screen TV and bathroom.

Due to HOA restrictions, tents and canopies are not allowed on Frangista Beach.
Parking available for up to 4 vehicles depending on size (including rented golf carts). Additional parking is not available in the neighborhood but is available off site. $100 daily fines will be issued to guests by HOA if more then 4 vehicles at the rental home.
POOL HEAT-The private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $35/day. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. Gulf-front splash pool is 8.5 x 6
