The first floor features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a breakfast bar, rich honey-toned dining and living room furniture including a unique coffee table displaying sand and shells that have been lovingly collected over time. Two comfortable sofas, including 1 sleeper sofa, invite you to curl up and enjoy a movie on the large flat screen TV with Blu-Ray/DVD player.
The master suite is waiting for you. The king-size bed, a relaxing chair and ottoman, a large flat screen TV and access to the upstairs balcony completes this room. The second bedroom features two queen-size beds and nautical décor with a flat screen TV and an adjoining bathroom. Two rollaway beds are available bringing the total number of sleeping guests to 8.

This townhome is available for extended stays for winter Snowbirds. If you need additional space, we do manage Quiet Surf # 1 as well!
Parking available for up to 4 vehicles depending on size. Unfortunately, Additional parking is not available in the neighborhood.
