Enjoy our virtual check-in - Simply enter your personal door code into the front door and vacation begins! Our main room and kitchen boast an open floorplan for the entire family to enjoy. Gather around the 65” TV for the big game or family movie night. The kitchen features abundant counter space and new appliances. It comes well stocked with essential dishware, utensils, bar and cookware. The dining table is perfect for playing games or enjoying laughs during a meal. The table seats 6 with 4 additional seats at the bar.
At day’s end, retire to any of our well-designed bedrooms. The master bedroom has a brand-new king-sized bed, custom bedding, flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, and a private en suite bathroom. It also includes a private door leading to the pool and back patio. Both guest bedrooms (located on the main and 2nd floors) are outfitted with king-sized beds, flat-screen TVs, designer bedding, décor, and their own full bathrooms. The kids will enjoy the bunk room upstairs with two bunk beds, smart TV and a full bathroom. Perfect hangout and getaway for the kids!

After spending the day on the crystal white sand beaches, you can walk back to lounge by the private plunge pool. Come and "Seas the Day” in this amazing beach house. Memories made at the beach last a lifetime!
We also provide a starter pack which include: hand and body soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent. Once the starter pack runs out the guest is responsible to replenish their stock.

Our Clean Initiative: Sheets, towels and blankets are professionally laundered between each reservation using SANIX by UNX which is an EPA registered product that disinfects, cleans and deodorizes. This multi-purpose neutral PH, germicidal detergent and deodorant is effective on a wide variety of pathogens. Our laundry service follows a cross contamination prevention strategy in accordance with CDC guidelines.
In addition to our standard high-level clean between each reservation, we utilize Clorox wipes on all hard surfaces. This includes not only table and counter tops but all dressers, nightstands, door knobs, cabinet pulls, remote controls, etc. Literally anything that a previous renter would come into contact with. Clorox is an effective and EPA approved combatant, these pre-soaked wipes need only four minutes of contact to neutralize the Coronavirus. We use Lysol Disinfectant Spray for fabric surfaces (upholstery), which is guaranteed to eliminate the virus within 10 minutes. These products are CDC and EPA approved for use against SARS-CoV-2, the cause of COVID-19.

Please note, in addition to the nightly rate, there is a $385 Departure Clean, $115 Damage Waiver Fee, and a $75 Administrative Fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY: A full refund will be given provided your reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to the arrival date, less a $250 cancellation fee. There is no refund for reservation cancellations within 60 days of arrival date, unless Traveler’s Insurance has been procured, which is highly encouraged.
