Welcome to Our Golden Sunrise Retreat! - This beutiful vacation rental in the popular community of Frangista Beach is new to our rental family. With features like a private dipping pool and being only steps away from the community beach access, there isn't much this beach house is lacking.
Upon entering the home you are greeted by the beautiful foyer and grand stairwell. The first floor features 3 of the 7 bedrooms as well as a kitchenette and dining area. Past the dining area you will find the entry toward the pool deck and lounge space.
The 2nd level features the main living area, kitchen and dining room. Our kitchen features 2 dishwashers as well as built in oven and microwave. Our main kitchen features stainless steel applances as well as granite counter tops. This floor also has the 4th bedroom with it's own private balcony overlooking the pool.
On the 3rd floor you will find the Master King suite and the guest Queen suite, each with their own private bathroom and balconies. Then on the 4th floor is the tower with 360 degree views from wall-to-wall windows. The tower is currently being used as a 7th sleeping area.
The community of Frangista Beach offers two beach accesses and a luxurious community pool with waterfall and restrooms. The home is centrally located being less than 15 yards from the community pool and less than 200 yards from the community beach access.
The neighborhood of Frangista Beach consists of mostly large homes where families come to vacation and spans approximately 4 blocks. The neighborhood has a 400 yard private beach which you must have a code to access. Guests of “Golden Sunrise Retreat” also have access to the large community pool complete with a waterfall and restroom facilities. The pool is never too crowded because only select Frangista homes have access.
Frangista Beach has a rich history that began when a family from Greece built a small motel and, subsequently, a little white chapel. Many brides are married on the Frangista Beach and use the picturesque chapel for photographs. After visiting this neighborhood, you will understand why so many families choose to return year after year!
*This home only rents Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer months.*No College/Student groups allowed. A maximum of 15 guests permitted with groups of singles or young adults that are 25 years of age and older. All renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children in families.*
*Parking for 4 vehicles. No RV's, Boats, Trailers, Campers permitted in Neighborhood. No street/grass parking per HOA*
Several popular beachside restaurants are minutes away such as Pompano Joe's, Crab Trab, Surf Hut, and many more. Silver Sands outlet mall and many other shopping and dining options are nearby as well.
